can anybody help me please on the dash to the lower right of the clocks underneath the switches there is a light in my case its blue in colour can someone please tell me what this is for please

i'm not sure cos i've got a series 2 - but blue lights are usually main beam warning lamps - unless its been fitted aftermarket in which case it could be anything - but i'd suspect lighting of some sort

Low fuel warning light. I've got an S3 SWB diesel and I kept seing the flashing blue light and started to get paranoid! But however it's just a low fuel warning, only a problem if you run outa diesel!

When i bourt my S3 the bloke told me that the light was a 4WD warning light, and that it was a bit dicky but i never seen it again until i changed my fuel tank this morning when i had a bit trubble with my sender unit, which solved that probloem, but now on to a new fault my fuel guage reads 3/4 when it is full but the said light dosenot come on until well after the guage has hit its lowest point

Any help would be verry much appreciated!

as it works on electickle resistance you probelly got yerself a bad connection somewheres
