how on earth do you get the headlight outer bezzel off.

no external screws all round only a couple of small holes at the bottom.

can push and twist headlight unit on spring mounts but the bezzel is stuck!!??

want to do my light swap before winter but stuck at this first hurdle.

cheers in advance

Dunno if this is any help

The outer trim rings should have a screw on the bottom to hold the ring in place, and the top side is on raised hook sections that are part of the headlight bucket or attached to it - they are not supported on the headlight or the adjusting mechanism.

As you talk of holes in the bottom it sems to me the screw is alreay out/gone and the damn thing was jammed in place. Might be worth a gentle pry on the bottom to see if it will pop off.

Picture was a nice section into inner parts of lights but I see no outer ring.

Right then it's out with the small prising stick to try and free these babies off.

Thanks for the help

Then it's missing. Or are you refering to the outer shroud that attaches to the wing
