Since November had the following more important problemt to fix.
Gearbox burned out - fixed by having the gearbox and torque convertor reconditioned.
Rough running fixed eventually with new plugs, leads and a MAF sensor and a tweak with Faultmate
Lighting and alarm issues fixed with Faultmate
Drivers side front window failed. fixed with a new mechanism
Drivers door handle failing, fixed with a bit of time, tlc and a bit of improvisation
Well it is a P38...
So it is back to the heated seats!
I have googled for the thermostat but without success...I am not an electrician and have not found my way through the miriad of options for one compatible.
Hoped one of you guys may have bought one to save me the trial and possible error...
I suppose the heated seats dont really matter but I want everything working - its the only things that I know of that dont...
