All the EAS stuff, engine ECU, headlights, gearbox and transfer box if you have the time and place to do it.

If taking the Becm key and ignition barrel you will also need the door lock in order to resell plus make a note of the EKA code or its worthless.
Also take the HEVAC, Instrument pod (useful for fuel guage, bulbs etc), And set of switches above the HEVAC. Engine Management ECU, Gearbox ECU, Engine fuse box, EAS valve block with the compressor (can sell compressor seperately if its any good). Spare wheel, Jacking set. If the car is 1999 onward the DSP amplifiier found behind the subwoofer is valuable. Radio if good. Interior light pod above the windscreen and the rear view mirror if its the electronic one. Also pinch the fuses out of the seat fuse box (can come in useful one day). If you have put anything on the car recently like air bags and height sensors, brake calipers or latest rf unit grab those too. Probably more stuff just look around the car.
Don't forget the bits on the broken engine such as alternator, air/con pump etc. If you can get the inlet manifold off there is the fuel rail and injectors. Coil pack if good has value too. Just keep looking - for example the head light units are always in demand, fog lamps too if you have them. Washer bottle and if you can' be bothered to remove it then the electric pumps are worth a few pounds. Don't forget the rear light clusters and rear brake lights. As I say just keep looking.

There is a chap on this forum with a recent post - not having drive to the font axle, he obviously needs your half shafts, easy to remove with the cv joint and hub as a unit, if you are removing your calipers its only six bolts to go!!

Break it yourself list the bits on here or the bay of e local papers then take the aluminium off the car and weigh in the shell and the aluminium separately. You will be suprised how much you could get

What is the scrap man giving you for it per ton

I can't find the waist seal and finishers for along the bottom of the rear door windows anywhere.

Not true - found the seals at over £50 a go +VAT!
