Personally I don't see how this can possibly work. It will give more cooling in summer but it will decrease heating surely?

no - cos it is the air across the matrix, which imparts the heat into the cab. - are yu saying that the slower the fan works, the warmer the cab? Corse not

if you have a TDi that barely has enough heat in the matrix to keep its self warm then it will...as it will bleed the heat out really quick

ere g-man you is a parts man ? - which audi/golfs have a heater maxtrix thats got a massive heating element attached to it ? - think they are used in rear vents that have a matrix built in, part of the climate control system

ave been trying to track down some part numbers
