Hi All,

I am a new Range Rover owner having taken the plunge. I have purchased a '54 plate Vogue.

My query relates to the sat nav, I have seen you can update the system/and or disks. What's the best and cheapest option?

I have seen the official disks (via navigation.com) are £169 and I assume they would just go straight into my system? Am I right?

It is possible to buy copies, and if so, does anyone know where?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Dave

You can upgrade your CD-based Mk.3 system to the BMW DVD-based Mk.4 system from the E53. It’s plug-n-play, just slide out your old sat nav unit and replace it with the new one. Takes two minutes. You do lose the ‘off-road’ compass though.

2010 map downloads are available from Matt Stevenson’s website
