Hi, can anyone tell me what /where this pipe goes to -the person that had it before me has put mastic in the end !! Under inlet box on right hand side

The first picture is of the breather pipe.
The second picture is too localised, to be able too tell. Take some high resolution pictures of the engine and host them here directly.

The rear and front breathers link together and go into the inlet plenum, just behind the throttle body.
You can just make the pipes route out in this picture.

I have narrowed on these pics - is the hole on the pic meant to have one of the red bangs on the next pic? Also what is this ,where does it go if needs connecting

It's the positive crankcase breather. It has a quick fit coupler.
See this picture.

The positive crankcase breather route is marked with green dots in this picture.

Yours looks like it's had some modification, which I'm not convinced has been done too well.

Yours looks like it's had some modification, which I'm not convinced has been done too well.

It definitely has, can you tell me what the bottom red connector is for is on passenger side

If so, then it's the air inlet for the air assisted injectors.

The air assisted injector feeds link up to the throttle body.

Look at these pictures, so you can follow the piping.
