Dremel's are useful for the odd difficult to reach bolt head (especially if you have the flexible drive attachment) but they're ruinously expensive on cutting discs. Use an angle grinder where you can. A cheap 4 1/2 inch one would be fine for the odd bit of cutting and grinding but get a better one if you're going to do lots of this. I bought a Bosch domestic one ten years ago and it's still going strong - but I bought it 'cos I burnt out a B&D!

But the other cutters are so big, wont be able to get to the bolts/nuts in tight spaces.
