Just found a nice patch of rust in my 3dr just in front ov the back wheels near the body mount and under the ally skin.how do you get behind the ally skin to fix it?

I've seen someone drill out the fixings/spot welds and then literally peel the body away, refitting with rivets and a good quality adhesive sealant like sikkaflex

Ive seen pictures of that but I was hopein it wunt come to that

fraid it does m8, my 5 door is currently in lots of bits

Thats not good seein as tho im guna have to pay to have the work done by a garage
