A new, or good second hand one .... if you can see that much rot, then :eek:

I'm not saying it can't be repaired - it can, but unless you can do it yourself ... then I doubt it will be anything approaching economic :(
 
Which door is it?
Zoom out a bit so we can see the Big Picture? I'm guessing it's the front passenger door, but maybe a second-row? Everything can be fixed, but the variables are how much you want to spend or how clever/skilful you are.
 
It’s n/s/r on a 110 DCPU, rest of the door is solid. I have no welder, so although practical my abilities mostly involve plating/riveting, fibreglass n filler!

Thinking of some kind of brace behind the rot, riveted in then filled?

Decent condition second row doors are a horrible price......
 
I'd say don't waste your time plating it or using fibreglass unless you really don't give a Sh##. I'd take it to a small time welder or fabricator and get them to piece it some new steel. It will last 10 times longer.
 
It doesn't look like a difficult job. Once you've got the door off and stripped and cut out the red bits, the replacement metal is relatively easy to make up and you could do this yourself with care (and the incentive to save cash). Once that's done, take it to a jobbing welder who could fix it in place in an hour without blowing holes in everything like I might do!
The rest of the job will entail trim strips for the windows etc, but Woolies can probably supply what you'll need. The metal components can be sourced from the likes of YRM, although I'm not sure they do this particular section.
 
2003 - saw a crack in the paint, investigated and out fell a lump painted filler. OSR door has it as well, but not as bad.

£330 new delivered - so a bit of local welding is first choice, if I can find a competent chap (not a butcher!)

Think i’ll Cut out the rot, stabilise,strip the liner and go find a man with the skills.....
