On a P38, do running boards make it much easier to get into the car?

I've got a fixed suspension rather than an adjustable EAS.

At the moment I have a small stool in the boot to help my more elderly passengers in. The dog struggles but manages to get in the back - just.

Thanks.

yup, i used them in the snow,... When super slippy climbing in the back.. Great to get the outlaw in, if she opens the fookin door before i have chance to lower the suspension.....

They certainly help with washing the roof but as for helping to get in I think it depends on your size. I have cracked my shin off them a few times which isn't very nice.

I have 3 kids and they would have no chance without them, they make a huge difference, no question.

I'm six foot, but always put one foot on the step to get in.

Must be a basic fault with in-laws.

I wonder if there's a recall . . . .

Recall of the Outlaw..... I should be so lucky... Moan moan, fookin moan, still fookin moaning when i get her out of the boot................
