I have noticed that when going over speed bumps ect there is a rubbing/scratching noise from front suspention. It seems to be at bottom of engine and fairly central. Suspect anti roll bar bushes. Any idea's ?

this seems a bit of a w*nk idea to check, but give the underneath of your car a good soaking with the hose next time you wash it and see if the noise goes away. if it does, it'll be a dry bush somewhere. I've found before these problems go away in the rain, but come back in the dry.

HOWEVER ! BEWARE. Getting it wet may cause the doors to fall off.

Now you mention it last time i washed it the noise did go.
