Does anyone know if the 2010 RRS HSE trim pack had the HST front bumper (with the lower grill metal strip)

And also

What are “Design 1” wheels. Basically I have RRS 5 spokes which I think are the autobiography ones but am not sure. Wanted to make sure they are the ones supposed to be on the car for insurance purposes.

I have a different spare that’s 20 odd smaller spokes so I assume this was the original wheel.
