It obviously is. As I said before it is down to personal experience but as I also said, it would be nice if a happy medium could be reached. You're out to make points , I'm out to look for a compromise, to make people safer in all eventualities. As I'm not looking for arguments or to encourage someone else with points to make, this will be my last comment on this particular issue.
