hi all, new to the site, and hoping for a bit of advice. Got a 2011 L322 diesel Autobiography, and sadly have a blower motor issue. Have checked on here before, and after getting the obligatory daft quote at £1,700 felt worth doing myself as pretty competent with a spanner or two. Thing is, all the posts i have seen are for what look like the earlier L322 (full gearshifter, not the pop up dial - pre 2010) the layout looks very different on mine with the dash top removed. Its starting to look like i need to remove the whole dash subframe along with air trunking to get anywhere near the blower box. Has anyone had apart on the later L322? Any advice (apart from give some git £1,700!) would be greatly appreciated.

As an owner of an earlier L322, I would look at RAVE. However, I believe Topix may be of help for your model.

Not sure where I seen it and it might not work on 2011 but out there somewhere in internet land some body took the top crash pad off the dash and cut a hole in the plastic under it to get the fan out then duct taped it back inplace, maybe not the right way but ! Friend of mine did the same with one of them jjjjjjjjjj jeep things.
