Any body know which cross bar will fit the standard 3 dr rails I tried looking on halfords website but that is a crock of **** and cant really see what i want !

I just want one bar to put some spot lights on for shooting but not sure if there is a universal type or not ?
 
Get a Light bar off Ebay or just get a commercial set of roofrails You need the gutter mounted type.
 
Why not just get the standard freelander crossbars and fit spots to that, I got good as new set off ebay for £30
 
yeh i need the ones that clamp on the front to back rails but just not sure if there are a universal type or if they are vehicle specific ?
Will the gutter mounted ones fit the rails my 3dr ?

Not sure to be honest, I would have thought so.
Where about's are you?
 
I think there are a few universal ones out there that fit. I used to use a set from an Astra estate (with rails) adjusted to fit the rails on the 3 dr. I use a genuine LR ones now that i got from ebay for £20. These are adjustable for width so presume they fit other models with rails too.

Standard gutter fit won't work as there is no gutter!

I know I thought it were a disco. Mainly cos It never occurred to me that an hairdresser would have need of Roof bars. :doh: :doh: :p
