Like a tuning box?
Just did oil, fuel, air, pollen filters, glow plugs, in tank pump, brakes, steering damper, ball joints, track rod ends, drag link..
Heard a Ron box can free up some power in the Bimmer oil burner.

A great man once said
“fitting a tuning box to an already unhealthy engine is as useful as tits on a mars bar”.
He said that to me.
And he was right.
As usual
If you wanna go down that route look up p38 PSI or Synergy box but unless your engine is pushing out a healthy amount on its own it not gonna do much good, especially long term.

Get it running as best as it can, before even thinking about wasting that sort of money ...
It'll depend on how well it's tuned
