I am thinking that I really want to be putting a bit of roll over protection in my 90, reason being its lifted and can wobble plus I have a lifted trailer which can add to the possibility of a roll over, basically I dont want to be scrapping my face off the M25 anytime soon...

So, roll over bars, I am thinking a simple hoop by the bulkhead, do these just bolt through to the riggers? Am I best getting a braced one? Is there any recomendations? Any tips for fitting?

I too would like to fit a simple roll bar to my 90. Nothing flash, just and internal hoop with brace if necessary. I have looked but failed to find anything other that external bars.

Safety Devices I think may cater to your needs. Just had a look and they have some internal stuff.

Seriously consider a specd cage

Anything less is usually considered a fashion accesory.

Saftey devices made a name.for themselves because they have a cage made up to comp spec and does not.encroach on your load space. The tube is cds and minimum spec usually and is safe for competing but expect it to.bend. When you buy saftey devices you pay for the testing and for it to be up to spec race legal for its design.

Press brake will sort you out in sure

I have always taken the view that anything that's.not comp legal and log booked is.nothing more than more weight up.top where you don't want it.

I can make anything you need, with much better mounting points than pp or sd

Let me know a price for one, I am happy to fit myself as I have a fully kitted garage I just have no pipe bending tools here and dont really fancy welding from straight pipe but I am only up the road so could just leave the 90 with you if you wanted to play around and design something. Like I say nothing fancy, just something thats going to stop me being crushed if I had a swervy roll over moment going down the road...
