on the inlet side of the turbo, is there a seal or is it just a push to fit pipe?

how do I test the boost solenoid?
Check that the solenoid vent filter is clean ...
Clean the plug contacts on the fuel-rail pressure sensor ....
do you have an air-intake-temp sensor on the top intercooler hose? ... part of the MAF circuitry ...
