I cannot seem to find anything about this in the Rave manual and the Haynes manual seems to detail replacing the actual tensioner unit and not just the pulley.

The part I am on about is here

Is it a simple case of just pulling it out of the housing and pushing the new one in?

I did this a while back. As far as I remember, you undo the small nut on the back of the tensioner then rotate it and it will unlock from the tensioner unit and you can pull it out.

Thanks. I couldn't quite get the process from the description. I found this image which helps explain what you were trying to convey.
