Question for all.

What replacement dampers should I use. Want to improve the ride on the road. At the moment the Disco is on factory springs and shocks, with Air Lift spring assisters which are inflated for towing. Car mainly used for towing BIG caravan and a small amount of off roading. Tyres are BFG's All terrains.

Also gets used in Spain on rough tracks quite a lot when I am over there.

i swapped my suspension today, opted for the terrafirma tf208 2" lift with dis location cones front and rear.

the rid is an amazing difference, so i asume standard height shocks would be the same.
