North Off Road make the DLander cage/frame and body panels. You only need to source a pair of front doors.

Here is DLander (No. 4) in my workshop :)

strip the body off a discovery, go to the scrap yard get yourself a beat up gaylander drop said body on disco chassis, hey presto an ugly vehicle :)

Has been done and is being done.

Not as easy as you ^^^ suggest ^^^ but definately do-able.

thats strangely attractive, kinda like a Bowler Wildcat but without the performance!! might have to find out some prices, just for future reference of course

what about it ? its got a catering tin of beans on the roof, its a **** colour its ugly ! it would look better in a nice flame red, then forget to phone the fire brigade to put it out :)

I would sit down first :D

The build cost for the one that came thru my workshop was into 5 figures......but that included all that you see there and a crashed TD5 90 for the engine; manual box got exchanged for an auto and we hooked up a Compushift. There are also Jack Mac and Ashcroft bits in the axles......not to mention seats, harnesses, internal floor/tunnel, moded dash from a FL..... blah blah blah :)
