has anyone removed and refitted a headling in a disco
any tips would be appreciated ]
is it a cun,t of a job

why do you need it off? generally if you take it off you'll do well to get it back on without it distorting.

ive got some rust to deal with at the corner of the windscreen but i think i might try and do it with it lossened at the corner as it is now

discos a bit newer than mine but let mi see how a few things are done but ive got differamt trim@ my sunroof and some othere major differances

i took the roof lining down on my 200 tdi a while back and it wasnt a difficult job . youy need to take the both overhead storage thingys down and all the grab handles off and then the surrounds of the alpine windows . i then pushed it up to free it from the door surrounds and pulled it out thro the rear door . alltogether it took me about an hour to take it out and the same to put it back . hope this helps

what did you have to do re sunroofs

I took front section down to do leaking sunroof it took 2 of us about 2 Hrs to completion.
carefull you dont let it crease when it hangs down

i didnt have sunroofs on mine , i should have mentioned that sorry :doh:

im gonna take the sunroofs an alpine windows out and renew seals any way so ill do that 1st
