So here is the "magic":

This is like one of these engine head gasket or radiator fixes haha! Anyone used it? Anyone want to use it for a 4 pack of lager for my entertainment?

It gets better.

If I only knew about it before I rebuilt my box hahahaha.

Well the deal is you can buy it for £24.99 and it will maybe prolong your failure. But I am sure after it fails your mechanic will be cursing you for putting that in. You seem like you in need of a valve block which would be roughly £400 so worth a shot as it will need to come out sooner or later.

It is very good stuff but a tad over priced it's about £9.00 a bottle trade at my factors.

Works well on the older auto boxes akin to the P38 and that era....

But in the L322 boxes, adding friction modifiers to the oil can accelerate the issues.....the oils specified for the GM and ZF boxes on the L322 have a particiular formulation with friction modifiers, cleaners, temperature and pressure properties....adding 'alien' oil could change these and cause further issue!

I always add a bottle of this to my transmission fluid changes. Plenty on here have good things to say about it.

Have used it on older gearboxes for some years with good results along with a fluid and filter change and sometimes just adding to existing fluid.

Have read mixed reviews when used in the L322, I don't think it will put the metal and friction material back on a GM TC though or repair the worn valve block
I added a small bottle of UV dye to my ZF box when I had a leak and I'm sure it made the transmission characteristics change significantly

It is good but it cannot work miracles. Most initial problems in automatic transmissions come from sticking shuttles in the valve block caused by poor maintenance. Spotted early enough a fluid change and Lucas will cure that. Will need a couple of changes and applications. The GM box is a different animal, the torque converter lockup clutch fails due to a sticky valve block. Failure of which puts shards of metal in the fluid and eventually destroys the valve block completely. No additive will cure that if it has gone that far.
