What engine do you have?
300 tdi I have two Disco's , one a 98 and one 95 which have been stood for about 6 years . I've managed to get the 98 running and preparing for MOT . The 95 won't turn over , all the dash lights up but nothing except a clicking which i think is from the passenger footwell .Also the hazard lights come on when i turn the key .

The starter relay is not between those, it should be as in the pic K137 and to make sure it must have brown/white, white/red, black/orange, brown/red wires in the socket
