Looks like their servers playing silly buggers with time outs.
Just tried it and on the 3rd refresh page opened.

Yeah, it's back up now. We used to use Legend for hosting our website here at work, but we moved to another provider after getting annoyed with outages and downtime
you must have been unlucky, we've got 10 dedicated servers hosted with them and have had less than 5 minutes downtime over the last 4 years, and most of that was when they moved our servers from notts to london.

I think we probably were unlucky. First 3 years was no problems then went through a period of turmoil for a while, and it was at the same time we were wanting secure log-in area for online tech support and someone else gave us a better deal so we moved.
