I've been looking for reely reely strong lever action suction cups, Ive seen 'em with crappy vices attached, any how if the lamp was attached to one of these and a long coily cable with a cig lighter plug thing on the other end the lead could be routed through the window and you wouldn't be limited as to what the lamp lit up. It could be moved about to the engine for example with out making any holes in the body.
