Can someone explain to me how, if the website is down, I can still access it?
I can understand how, if it is ok, peeps may not be able to access it, if their address translation is defective, but cannot understand how the opposite is true?

MHM .... it is deffo down .... its to do with DNS caching and my guess is that yours has probably caught up by now ... or it might be the opposite,it might be thatthe site is actually now up, but my DNS needs to catch up. If that makes sense!
Earlier I saw that the Halfords.com domain expired on the 14th of Jan, but now it says...
Record expires on 14-Jan-2021.

Yeah sorry about that but it did look that way. Can you still get it because as of twenty seconds ago it's still down.
