well the rear window has become stuck down on the td4 02 reg freelander is there any common problems or could somone point me in the right direction of what to test ect cheers rob

Have u tried the key,( I'm assuming its the tailgate window that is?)

If you can hear the motor working, chances are the cable has broken in the regulator. This is a typical problem with the Freelanders. You can only get a complete regulator from Land Rover dealers at a cost of £200+. If you PM me I can give you contact details of a chap in Earlston who can replace the cable on the regulator.
