Mine doesnt work very well, and I never use it anyway.

If I remove it all, to tidy up the back door trim, and get rid of the wiper etc, will it fail the next MOT if its not present?

Ah reckon if it's not there they can't check it.... remove the switch anaw just incase.

What's wrong with it and what are ye doin' with it when ye take it off?

mine went through M.O.T on saturday past there annd the wiper doesnt work lol

Rear wash/wipe is not included in MOT - front is...but not rear.
