Get underneath and have a look as im sure the indicaters in the bumper just clip out mines a 2001 td5 and the one above the exhaust on mine keeps getting a small amount of water in it, despite all the seals looking OK, think it must be the heat from the exhaust gases condensing, mind you might be talking ****e on that one.
Im sure they clip in and out once the wires are unplugged.

When the facelift Disco TD5 came out (02 plate I think), the indicators changed to the cluster on the pillars and the reversing lights went south to the bumpers.
If you have a later Disco you will need to remove the 4 screws holding the unit to the pillar and remove the bulb holder to get access to the bulb.
