this seems very simple advice James has given, maybe the op is better off giving paddocks there reg number to check or clarifying if the rear diff is a round rover unit(unlikely) or more of a shield type shape salisbury as per the pic, after all we dont know if your landys been modded in some way

Hi,
my pick up is not modified, it has the round diff. the initial shafts selected by me are only because I was not sure what to buy, I was only loking for the key words 'fitting defender 110/130'. that's why I initially put my question on this forum to ask whether those selected by me were for the hcpu 130!

those ones you selected are or 110 or 130 std vehicle or hcpu but upto 1993 with drum brakes , the shafts i mentioned are for 110 or 130 std vehicle and hcpu 94 -2003 with disc brakes, both of those are salisbury axles ,later 110 or 130 std vehicle and hcpu use tob500030 and tob500020 this isnt a salisbury axle

yep, most probably needed those; the drive flanges I can use, only the half shafts are in need of new owner. Will try to advertise it locally as well
