hi all ok got td4 commercial now sometimes the back door opens and sometimes it dont now when it dont open i let the rear window down and with a long bar tap the litttle black box in the rear door an boom it opens so i think i need a new black box but what is it called and s this my promblem many thanks dawn

ok so found what the problem was if you having trouble with your back door check this out
