Clink taking up drive could be the front diff bush....common fault. Is the damper still attached to the vcu as these are known to come loose and make a right old noise.

That would depend entirely on you!

have you ever changed bearings before?

start reading up on it and get the necessary tools assembled ,if you don't have them already, give it a go.

it's not difficult just do your homework.
