Can anyone direct me to a guide/instructions on how to replace the rear crossmember. I've no choice other than trying to do this myself... all help and advice definitely welcome lol..!!

I've ordered one of Clive at pressbrake... I've asked him to supply with Extensions!

James did that thing work?!

Clives kit is the dogs bollacks, the one and only tool you will need is a reciprocating saw anything else is just an utter arse to cut the chassis with, especially the top face.
The wiring loom is the same length on a 90 and a110 the extra on the 90 is hidden in the chassis so you have plenty of wiggle room.
Make sure the rear face of the cross member is vertical before welding to the extensions.

There are a few videos on youtube of people replacing theirs.
Would find a link but i'm at work and suppose to be working.

This is my next big job, so it would be interesting to know how you get on and the quality of these parts.

Good to know he is still in the business, or that they are still available, not that I will ever need one for mine as I've got one fitted already (by the man himself)

If your rear tub is to stay on, makes the alignment of the new cross member easier. If not I made a jig before cutting off old xmember to make sure the tub rear fixings aligned.

I fitted one of clives in my rebuild thread. I made a jig for mine and it was easy to weld all around it. Just be careful when cutting the offside leg that you are aware of the loom.
