Hi all

I have taken out my rear floor to gain access to the chassis for repairs. Due to rot and the floor ribs are non existent. I am looking to replace the floor. I have the land rover codes MTC 8184 and MTC 8185 but a bit pricey. does any one know of some one who manufactures a new floor section and ribs?

Or does any one fancy fabricating one for me?

i made a new floor for my swb series 3, not sure if the 90 is the same size, its easyish to diy
got the floor cut and bent to size by otheres in 2mm 5251 grade Aluminium (the bottom bits on sides were a bit rotten)
used new crossmembers and bought some tophat channel for the bracing this was bonded to underside using structural adhesive, if you want to go down the diy route i have a plan with measurements but easy enough to measure up as you have taken yours out
 
I've got a set of the steel ribs yer can have if yer want, then its a length of top hat section ally as Steve sez an a sheet of ally to replace the floor an some rivets. Reckon you could do the lot fer 50 quid.
 
Nah he wants me bearerer things an in true LZ fashion he can have em. I'll post a pic of em an if yer want em Pm me yer addy an I'll send em.
 
ive got 3.75m of new top hat ally channel, on the swb series 3 you need 3 x 1175mm let me know if you want it
 
tub ribs.JPGIs them the ones? They look worser than they are an will clean up quite well.
