Recently wheneverI go over a pothole or bump a right racket comes from my 90`s rear door, took back panel off nothing loose , also nothing loose with the spare, but when sat in back on a small trip the sound seems to be the door vibrating, any help please.

How are the hinges? any play in them

First of all :welcome2:to the asylum.
What is the general condition of your door seal, and is there any play on the door catch?

Easy to adjust the catch plate, and it might get rid of your rattle :D

Either that, or wait until someone on here spits their dummy out!:p
 
I get the same, Have a real good look at every single weld on the door frame and about 5 -10mm around and look for any cracks, ive had to weld up about 8 cracks since some one kindly backed into my landy ( well its the only reason it would be ok when I left it then rattle like mad when I drove it from the car park)
