Been rebuilding my Defender 90 200tdi on a richards galvanized chassis
Attached the front radius arms and it had made the diff sit at a very steep angle also making the spring cups lean forward
could this just be down to having not weight on the front with the engine and gearbox being out?

thanks for the advice will try getting engine and gearbox in soon as possible
hopefully pandard rod will sit correctly and fit aswell when its in
 
Mine does the same on a new chassis and hd springs, I've got engine, transmission and bulkhead on and it still does it, albeit not as badly. I wouldn't worry about it.
 
Its fooked you need a new chassis. Take it all off again quick before it melts. :)
 
didnt really want to start fitting correction arms will see what adding the engine and gearbox does
