Morning all
This is my latest woe on my broken into 1995 300tdi manual disco
Having sorted out a few problems I put in the wrong radio code (to be fair I was given the wrong No at first)Prob now is the radio keeps showing the wrong code I put in.Is there a reset procedure so I can put in the right one.
PS n tried disconecting the battery for a while but no joy!!

Hi

It should reset it`s self after a few minutes then lets you re-enter the code, not sure but i think its about 15 minutes. I think you have to leave the radio on as well..

Please correct me if im wrong

Just asked my neighbour as he fits and repairs steros, he says to just leave it on and it will reset

I'm afrad I don't know what head unit u have unlike Archies .
I only know of two Land Rover ones, if you have the early model with the CATS indicator there's no timer just press the BND button and re-enter the code, if you have the later RDS model that has a time delay it starts at 2 min and doubles 4min, 8min, 16min etc.
So if you have the later model it's wait until -CODE- appears in the disply
