Hi guys can someone answer a question for me?
Having a shifty around the old engine bay I noticed
that there is a spare space for a fan in front of the
radiator, was there a oiptional extra that Landrover
offered or am I missing a fan maybe not put back
when the new radiator was fitted?

If it's the 1.8k, should have two fans.

hi kieron have you got air con fitted? if not the space is for the second fan fitted for those with air con. tim

Cheers guys, its a 1998 model 18i K series which
is not fitted with air-con, only had it for a week
and not got round to getting the must have haynes
manual...lol. Its recently had the head gasket, new
radiator, water pump and cam belt done, so a bonus!!
I was thinking that maybe when this work was done
that maybe they forgot to refit it. So as this is a
spare space can a additional fan be fitted for extra
cooling?
