Ok my wifes friend has a Freelander and over the weekend the Freelander broke down , she went to open the car and the remote would not work, so out came the RAC and after about a hour of useing his pc computer ect he gave up so off it went on the back of his truck to a Land Rover dealer, i picked her up and the next day we went over to see how they were getting on, they tried a new battery in the fob, tried re sync the fob , no joy , so as the guy at the dealers went back to the workshop i took the back off the fob put some pressure on the battery and click clunk all was fixed so now with a small peice if card between the battery abd the back of the fob all is well

and the moral of the story is that gaylanders are crap and stealers aint got a ****in clue.

I have to agree with you about the Freelander being crap, dont like them at all.

Now "the wifes friend" err i must admit she is very very atractive and she split up from her husband last year so i am taking over vehicle repaires and diy ect, after fixing that bloody Freelander she said "how can i repay you" i thought i could think of one right now, not that i would do that sort of thing
