well not had it long ,and guess wot,,the engines fked wife went out friday ,and it came back with an injector down so i put some redex in and started it up held revs at 2grand and then it started to sound like a whacker plate ,i dont know the first thing about diesels so im taking it that its knackered[the oil light stayed on]its the first diesel ive owned so ebay here we come :doh::hippie:

At what point did the oil light come on? Is there oil in it!?

so as anyone removed one of these engines? wot fun am i in for ,will it come out without the gearbox ?any advise welcome thanks without burnin it lol.

Think it's easier to take out the engine/gearbox/ird and seperate once out.
