My swivel seals are leaking a bit but the swivel balls are OK.

Can I replace them by unbolting the swivel from the axle and removing the complete hub with halfshaft entact? After removing the brake caliper etc.

You can do it like that or some people put the hacksaw through the new seal, then fit it with the cut at the top with a little sealant ,not as i'd do this of course .

Nope not if join is at the top and yu refill with oneshot grease
