Hi All,

A quick question, my friend has a N reg TDI and the hearbox is making a grindging noise,. ive looked under thge bonet to see if there is a gearbox dip stick but cant find one.. also on the underside at te bottom of the bell housing there seems to bea sump bumg, surly this cant be for the oil???

thats your wading plug ,probably a bit late to look for level plug now but half way up drivers side cast iron part of box
