I have a clicking noise coming from drivers side front on my D2 and thought ah cv joint so I changed it. Took it out for a run and the noise is still there. Any ideas as to what this might be??? I changed the bearing last year so I don't think it's this.
Could be brake pad chatter, does the clicking increase with speed?? To see if it is brake pad chatter try gentle pressing the brake pedal whilst driving, if it stops the clicking that's it.
The faster I'm going round a corner the noise speeds up. I'll try the brake pad. It's not the tyres as there new and it was doing it before I changed them.
