Its "Awl Grip" boat paint, very strong.
Does not scratch in the bush.

What a waste of a 200hp outboard

That should be fitted to a 25 foot RIB kitted out for technical divers. Cool pic though!

Was leaving the island of Spanish Wells to go to the main land Eleuthera Bahamas, about a 10 minute ride depending on the wind.

I take it you've cured that problem of power steering fluid in the brakes eventually then?

Nope.

Still have to pump the brakes.
I have bled the brakes at least 20 times with all the different methods and tool, reverse bleeder, pump........

I have given up, brakes work fine as long as I pump them.
