as i pull away in my D2 from a standstill with a bit of welly i get a thump occasionaly or a rumble? but once ive pulled away it wont do it again till i stop a bit hard and the wait transfers to the front and you pull away again etc?

feels like something to do with the drivetrain?

just been out in it again and still dont know? its as if when the whole weight of the car gets thrown backwards something knocks?

anyone got any ideas?

places to check?

Something rolling around inside, maybe the boot, or wheel brace under the rear seats

get a grease gun on them propshafts anyway, especially the front one, as that double UJ is a costly item.
