Afternoon all,
I'm replacing the UJ on the back of the front prop shaft and cant seem to get the prop to transfer box and prop to diff bolts off, my spanner just keeps slipping and i dont want to round the heads off. Tried heating them up with no joy. Any advice on this and has anyone else experienced this?

dont keep posting this.
My advice would be to use a socket rather than a spanner and lift the car completly and have it in N with the handbrake off so you can turn the prop by hand

As said above...

Are ye usin' the right sized spanners? Although the photie shows 14mm (Some were) they're mostly 9/16''

Or one of these.... Propshaft Bolt Removal Tool (usually 14.50GBP)
