Fenland posed the question, what should he do? sell his existing rangy and what could he expect to get for it, my answer was (A Rangy that age personally I wouldnt expect to sell for more than about £500.) No wear in there do I say he would get £500. The next part of Fenland question reads (I am looking at a 1992 Brookland edition that is very clean and low mileage. How much is the going rate for that?
Thanks.) My answer (A 1992 model again personally I wouldnt pay more than £2000 and for that money I would expect a tide vehicle) Again my answer to Fenlands question gives him a top price margin to work to, Now yes I agree there has been a significant drop in second hand Range Rover prices, however RR of that year 1992 can and do fetch up to £2000, it is mine and every potential buyers prerogative to buy or not to buy. Later on this question Redland placed his comments and I took acceptation to them as I felt rightly or wrongly he was having a dig, I placed my answer, and was happy to leave it there. But another member Slob then felt he had to bring the discussion to another level or should I say a lower level and preceded to be very rude to fenland, there is absolutely no excuse for this type of conduct, I joined this forum to help others and also learn from others, I didnt expect to see this type of conduct being condoned, Redland I feel may have been drawn into the later comments by Slob. I will continue using this forum and helping people and learning from other members but obviously some I will ignore.
