The Pre burning fuel thingy seams to be on more often than not, i thought it should only come on if the temp was 5*c or less.It does go of but only when it feels like it, any ideas welcome? Many thanks:5bdupe:

how do you know its come on? do all freelanders have this? where is it located?

not all have them no you can hear it bloody noise they make front left hand side under the bumper

Outside temperature sensor behind front grill probably faulty.

Thanks will check it out and yes they are noisy and smoky, you will know if you have one.

had a guy once come runing in to a paper shop after me to tell me me freelander woss on fire in the front haha bloody burner

Are they really needed, it never gets that cold over here, mine sounds like a ships funnel sometimes:director:
